Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of custom music creation and the immediate allocation of artistic labor, all payments are strictly non-refundable.
Pre-Payment Approval
Customers are provided with a short preview sample prior to payment. By completing the checkout process, the customer explicitly acknowledges and approves the preview sample, waiving any right to a refund based on dissatisfaction with artistic direction, genre, composition, or vocal style.
No Cancellation After Payment
Once payment is submitted, production begins immediately. Order cancellations, partial refunds, or full refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once the payment is completed.
Exceptions & Disputes
In the rare event of a duplicate payment error or an unfulfilled order caused entirely by our system, please contact support for review. Filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving audio deliverables violates these terms.
