2. Customer Inputs, Content, & Warranties
License to User-Provided Information
By submitting content (including names, stories, themes, images, or lyrics), the customer grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and adapt such materials solely for the purpose of creating the custom audio file.
Third-Party Rights & Content Restrictions
The customer represents and warrants that all provided content:
- Does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Is not defamatory, libelous, or invasive of any third party’s privacy.
- Does not contain sensitive, confidential, or proprietary information of third parties without explicit written permission.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject, cancel, or modify any request containing hate speech, harassment, explicit illegal activity, or offensive material.
